Description
Designed and manufactured by Marian Jamieson in the United States, this elegant "Cube" table lamp showcases the designer's signature architectural aesthetic through clean geometric lines and a refined modernist silhouette. Crafted in polished nickel with a square stepped base and a distinctive segmented column, the lamp is topped with its original rectangular linen shade, creating a sophisticated balance of form and proportion.
The design embodies the timeless appeal of American contemporary lighting while drawing inspiration from the restrained elegance of modernism, Art Deco revival, and luxury interior design. Its polished nickel finish reflects light beautifully, making it an excellent accent for living rooms, bedrooms, offices, libraries, entryways, and hospitality environments.
Acquired directly as a showroom floor sample, this lamp retains its original character and presents well. The metal would benefit from polishing, and the original linen shade shows signs of age and use including minor wear and staining consistent with showroom display.
An excellent opportunity for interior designers, collectors, and design professionals seeking a distinctive Marian Jamieson lighting piece with strong decorative presence and versatile styling potential.
