Description
This rare armchair was designed by the iconic Italian designer Joe Colombo and was named the 'Roll' chair. The model was produced by the Italian manufacturer Sormani for a short period of time between 1962 and 1964. The frame is made of burnished metal which gives it a nice matte appearance. The chair retains its original sand/beige fabric which has been preserved very well. The chair is stamped with the Sormani logo underneath the seat. A very hard to find piece in excellent original condition.
