Beautifully carved from wood, this Victorian English reading desk is supported by two legs with scrolled column-like profiles, with both legs joined by a central stretcher bar. The legs are adjustable with a key, allowing the desk to function as a seated or standing desk. The tabletop is shallow and features a book or paper holder to read from in the middle, which is adjustable to various angles.
