Description
Contemporary Abstract Oil Painting titled 'Fractal Event ' by California contemporary artist Justin Bower.
The complementary painting to this piece was just featured in the hit television Series Landman.
This is an early example of his work.
96" x 84" oil on canvas.
Bower is a studio artist with paintings in notable collections such as the Eugenio Lopez Collection, the Carlos Slim Collection, The Weisman Art Foundation, and the Cosmopolitan Collection in Las Vegas. Bower additionally has had museum solo shows at MOAH, the Pomona Art Museum, and the Riverside Art Museum.
Justin Bower is an American artist who paints his subjects as de-stabilized, fractured post-humans in a nexus of interlocking spatial systems. His paintings investigate how we define ourselves in this digital and virtual age while suggesting the impossibility of grasping such a slippery notion. -
