Mid Century Modern Articulating Counter Balance Chandelier

$ 4,800
  • Description
    Mid Century Modern Articulating Chandelier Pendant. Early 1950's articulating six arm ceiling light brass with aluminum perforated adjustable cone shades. This light is completely original untouched. The arms and shades are adjustable and can be pointed up and down or turned side to side. Some examples of articulation are pictured. Each shade is attatched to an arm with a rotating ball joint allowing for side to side movement. The center shaft is a brass spherical totem design that the arms appear to pass through the spheres. Arms and shades move easily making changes to upward, downward and sideways direction quick and effortless. Looks amazing when illuminated. Rare and wonderful example in very good original condition. Brass has darkened patina. Polishing is optional. Color of the cone shades is off white.
