Description
This striking Scandinavian Modern floor lamp was produced by the Swedish company Svensk Hemslöjd in the 1950s. The design is marked by the elegant three legged base, with curved outward bending legs. The base and central round stem are made of solid oak wood. The slightly tapered shade has been renewed in an ivory, linen textured fabric which offers a nice contrast with the blonde oak wood. The design is completed by the disc shaped finial placed on top of the shade, again in oak wood. The lamp is in very good, restored condition. Currently wired with a 220V European plug. Two standard E26/27 light fittings for regular or LED bulbs, with individual pull chains.
