Fine and unusual pair of 18th c. Pennsylvania Chippendale walnut side chairs with shell carving on the crest and knees, triffid feet. The walnut wood and elongated backs are lovely. Each has an early label from Ginsburg & Levy in NYC, with provenance from the Montague family collection from Toddsbury, VA.
