Richard McGeehan Studio incorporates a varied collection of antique furniture, artwork and decorations, as well as a newly developed line of custom furniture and lighting.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Richard was trained at Sotheby's in London, specializing in 19th and 20th century decorative arts, and prior to his interior design practice was a dealer in high-style American furniture. He has a great interest and passion for the objects that go into his interiors, and brings a dealer's eye to acquiring them. His design projects have been wide ranging, often incorporating what he calls an "intelligent eclecticism", mixing modern and antique. He takes a highly individualized approach to each project, and delights in an expansive design vocabulary.
