Description
Guglielmo Pecorini attributed rare and exceptional three-drawer vanity / dressing table or cherry wood desk with attached folding vanity or tabletop Venini mirror model no. 21 in clear hand-blown Murano glass, Italy, 1940s. This exquisite vanity table has wonderful details throughout including a gorgeous cherry wood grain, softly curved indented central desktop, three modernist protruding drawer fronts with matching faux drawer fronts on the sides of the table, and gracefully tapering and slightly curved cabriole legs. The folding mirror is a rare and extraordinary model and is made using the Treccia glassmaking technique resulting in an elegant braided or twisted glass design with brass cap details, circa 1939.

Condition:	Good. Vanity table is in very good condition and is fully restored including refinishing. Folding mirror is in very good original condition and has some loss of silvering to original mirrored plate and rich patina to brass caps.
