Description
A beautiful pair of 19th-century benches crafted in warm blond walnut, featuring finely turned and twisted legs that terminate in their original brass casters. The benches display exceptional craftsmanship and elegant proportions, blending lightness with refined detail. Each seat is generously padded for comfort and upholstered in a geometric-patterned fabric in tones of ivory, gold, and dark brown, perfectly complementing the soft patina of the walnut frame. The short sides feature a subtle bombé curve with an oval central accent, adding a touch of graceful contour to the overall silhouette. Both benches are in excellent condition, with firm padding and a smooth, even finish. Their balanced design and neutral palette make them highly versatile—ideal for use at the end of a bed, in an entryway, or as additional seating in a salon. A timeless pair that combines comfort, craftsmanship, and understated sophistication.
