Description
Large, enchanting model house or doll house, American, c.1910-1920, painted wood, completely original. There is a great charm in the attention to detail, from the picket fence to the roof shingles to the foundation stones. The rear facade opens up for use as a doll house. It was acquired with a 19th c. Gothic table that functions as an optional swiveling base, and measures 23" high and 32" wide.
