Mohajeran is a village in the larger Sarouk district reputed especially in the pre-WWII period to have woven the best quality Sarouks often on blue grounds. Term has generally been extended to any vintage/antique Sarouk on blue. Well-woven to very fine. Expensive. Scatters to room sizes few if any mansion â€ size carpets. Relatively small production.
