In a popular Persian size this finely woven interwar city rug features a sandy-straw field with an allover pattern of cloud bands palmettes sprays of triple rosettes palmette quatrefoils daisies and tulips. Abrashed light green border with cypresses and tawny animals. Cotton foundation high quality short pile. Perfectly balanced pattern in all directions. Elegant and formal repeat with an octogramme rosette centre.
