Description
This finely woven central Persian urban room size shows a bilaterally symmetric ecru field centered on a small petal octogramme from which develop variously oriented petal palmettes sharp barbed lancet leaves cloud bands vinous tendrils and lazy cogwheel palmettes. Intense red border with ragged palmettes tilted fan palmettes and flowering stems. Firm texture short clipped pile. Vintage or later. Good condition.
