Description
This rare, tall table lamp was produced by Falkenbergs Belysning in Sweden during the 1950s. It is marked “FLB” along with the model number 6120 on the underside of the base, and still retains its original manufacturer’s label.
The design showcases a beautifully turned solid rosewood stem and base, warm in tone with a striking visible grain. Its slender vertical profile lends the piece an elegant and timeless character. The cylindrical drum shade has been newly upholstered in an ivory linen-textured fabric, providing a refined contrast to the richness of the rosewood.
The lamp is in very good condition with a natural and even patina on the wood. Renewed shade. Currently fitted with 220V European wiring and a standard E26/E27 bulb fitting.
Specified dimensions: Total height including shade: 60.5 cm / 23.82 inch Height of the base only: 41 cm / 16.14 inch Diameter of the shade: 35 cm / 13.78 inch Diameter of the base: 18 cm / 7.09 inch -
