Description
A sophisticated pair of "Six of One" wall sconces designed and manufactured in the United States by Marian Jamieson. Executed in polished nickel with beautifully proportioned frosted glass shades, these sculptural sconces embody the refined elegance and architectural simplicity that define Marian Jamieson's lighting designs.
The clean geometric composition features a rectangular polished nickel backplate supporting an angular cantilevered arm and cylindrical frosted glass diffuser. The result is a timeless fixture that seamlessly bridges Modern, Art Deco, Contemporary, Transitional, and Minimalist interiors.
Designed to provide soft, ambient illumination while maintaining a strong architectural presence, the "Six of One" sconces are ideal for flanking bathroom mirrors, powder rooms, hallways, bedrooms, dressing rooms, entryways, and luxury hospitality environments. Their polished nickel finish adds brilliance and sophistication while the frosted glass diffuses light evenly and comfortably.
This pair was acquired as showroom floor samples directly from the designer and presents with only minor signs of handling consistent with showroom use. The sconces include the original frosted glass shades and retain the option of using linen shades for an alternative decorative presentation.
An excellent opportunity for interior designers, architects, and collectors seeking distinctive American-made contemporary lighting with enduring appeal.
