Description
Pair of SK660 armchairs by Pierre Guariche produced by Steiner in the 1950s. Elegant and comfortable, these famous seats have been refurbished and covered with a light khaki cotton fabric from Maison Casamance. With its sober and timeless design, this referenced model has been photographed in various documents: Pierre Guariche by Delphine Jacob, Norma editions (page 141).
Designer: Pierre Guariche (1926-1995), famous French designer, worked alongside Marcel Gascoin after obtaining his diploma in 1949. He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Décorateurs and at the Salon des Arts Household and collaborated with Steiner who produced the SK660 model. at the start of the 1950s, a reference that had become rare. -
