Cozy lounge chair designed by Sven Ivar Dysthe for Dokka Møbler in Norway circa 1960s. This rare and exclusive Model-1001 design features a solid Brazilian rosewood frame that supports the newly upholstered seat in brown new full-grain leather. The tone leather complements the rich rosewood frame, accentuating the intricate grain detail while creating a sophisticated profile and showcasing excellent craftsmanship. The back of the seat appears to be floating and is supported by a single slat and steel hardware at the top corners. Our expert craftsmen have recently refinished this gorgeous chair making it the ideal fit to create a clean and refined environment representative of Norwegian Modern design.
