Italian sideboard from the 1950s, attributed to Ico Parisi. Case in exotic hardwood with rounded edges and continuous grain; interior in natural oak with adjustable shelf. The piece stands on sculptural, A-frame side supports with tapered legs, joined to the case by recessed brass screws. Above the cabinet sits a shallow raised shelf supported by two uprights, creating a light, separated profile.
Front with two hinged doors; each door has an inset pull with a small brass backplate. Hardware and proportions reflect precise, high-level Italian cabinetmaking of the period. Finish in clear varnish that preserves the tone and figure of the woods.
