Pair of Italian 1950s Brass and Opaline Glass Minimalist Wall Sconces
-
Description
Pair of Italian wall sconces from the 1950s, combining a minimalist modernist design with refined brass details. Each light features an elongated opaline glass shade with a soft, tapered silhouette, suspended from a slender bent brass arm. The arm emerges from a circular brass wall plate with a diameter of 10 cm (approximately 3.9 inches) and ends in a small angled fin detail that reinforces the graphic, linear look. The opaline glass diffuses the light evenly, creating a warm glow that contrasts beautifully with the natural patina of the brass.
These sconces are wired for standard E14 bulbs and are suitable for use with both European and U.S. electrical systems with appropriate bulbs.
Elegant yet understated, they work well on their own or in series along a hallway or bedside wall. -
