Description
Norwegian Mid-Century Modern, Wall Mounted Bookshelf, Teak, Norway, 1967
This elegant wall-mounted bookshelf, designed in Norway circa 1965, is a prime example of mid-century Scandinavian design. Purchased from Mobelfirmaet C. Thomassen in 1967, the piece features six compartments with sliding glass doors and a single glass shelf in each. Mounted on three discreet metal supports, the unit offers a floating effect that enhances its minimalist, modern aesthetic. Crafted from rich teak and teak veneer, this bookshelf combines form and function, making it an ideal addition to any contemporary or vintage-inspired interior.
