Maison Charles pair of Neoclassical brass marble gueridon tables 1960s
-
Description
This pair of gueridon side tables from the 1960s is a beautiful example of French Neoclassical design by Maison Charles. The solid brass structure with saber legs dramatically curved, the two-tiers marble tops, and hanging rings, are all strong French neoclassical attributes. Each foot features a highly realistic hoof delicately splayed to stabilize the table. With beautiful Siena yellow marble tops, this pair of tables feels elegant and timeless, and would definitely be a beautiful addition to most interiors. They have been fully restored, and found in an amazing condition.
