Canister adjusts up and down and can rotate 180 to the left and right. OMI was a American lighting company that was purchased by Koch + Lowy in 1960. Koch + Lowy is an American lighting company known for its contemporary and modern fixtures, including those marked "Koch + Lowy," "K+L," or "OMI,". Ernest Lowy founded American lighting company, Koch & Lowy in 1946. The company was known for manufacturing innovative contemporary and modern luminaries of high quality. In very good original condition.
