Description
Litchfield County
The works appear to be original to the case but imported from England which was standard for this period. The painted dial has two small areas of in-painting (contained to the white background color).
In a desirable diminutive size, this Connecticut clock displays great proportions and scale. It is further embellished with inlay patterns characteristic of pieces with Litchfield County history.
