An Elizabethtown, Maryland cherrywood tall case clock by Jacob Young, Circa 1785.
A bold example of clockmaking from Western Maryland by this noted maker, with an exceptionally fine engraved dial and eight day works incorporating a moonphase and four hands off the center. -
