Description
This rare table lamp was designed by Gunnar Nylund and produced by Rörstrand in Sweden during the 1960s. The base is marked on the bottom with Rörstrand’s symbol (R), "GN" for Gunnar Nylund, "Sweden," and the model number 669.
The bulbous-shaped base features a matte glaze in various brown tones, creating a beautiful gradient effect. The tapered shade has been newly upholstered in smooth ivory fabric, offering a refined contrast to the darker base. This charming, smaller-scale lamp is ideal for versatile placement in a variety of interior settings.
The lamp is in very good, fully original condition with minimal signs of wear. It has been rewired with European wiring and fitted with a 220V plug. The shade has been renewed.
