Description
This high-quality table lamp from Holtkötter combines an exceptionally flexible design with the precise metal craftsmanship typical of the German manufacturer. The warm brass-colored finish, the large semi-circular reflector, and the delicate joint system give the lamp an elegant, technical aesthetic.
Its versatile adjustability is particularly noteworthy. The height can be continuously adjusted from approx. 46 to 71 cm. In addition, the movable articulated arms allow for individual positioning of the lamp head. This makes the Holtkötter 6352/1-3 not only suitable as a classic desk or table lamp, but also perfect as a reading lamp next to an armchair or sofa.
The light intensity is regulated directly via the small pin on the lamp head. Thanks to the integrated dimmer, the lighting can be adjusted from subtle mood lighting to significantly brighter, directed illumination. The large metal shade focuses the light downward, ensuring pleasant and targeted illumination.
The lamp is in excellent overall condition. The brass-colored surface is very well preserved, showing only a few minor signs of age and use on the base. These are well documented in the detailed photographs. The joints, height adjustment, and dimming function are all well-maintained, underscoring the high-quality overall impression of the lamp.
Holtkötter was founded in 1964 by Franz Holtkötter in Bad Waldliesborn, Westphalia. The family-owned company is still known today for high-quality residential lighting manufactured in Germany. A characteristic feature is the exceptionally high level of vertical integration: development, toolmaking, turning, metalworking, electroplating, grinding, and assembly are all part of the company's production process. Holtkötter itself cites aluminum and brass as the typical base materials for its lamps.
The combination of precise mechanics, high-quality metal processing, and functional design that has defined Holtkötter for decades is clearly evident in this model. -
