Description
Designed and handcrafted in Los Angeles by renowned American lighting designer Marian Jamieson, this "Spyglass" chandelier is a sophisticated example of contemporary artisan lighting that balances sculptural form with timeless elegance. Featuring an Antique Brass finish and three hand-blown Studio Glass shades in the coveted Shell White finish, the fixture creates a warm, atmospheric glow while serving as a striking architectural focal point.
The elongated silhouette and minimalist framework make this chandelier particularly appealing for designers seeking refined modern lighting for dining rooms, kitchen islands, breakfast rooms, bars, luxury condominiums, hospitality projects, and contemporary residences. The softly rounded glass shades provide visual contrast to the clean geometric lines of the frame, creating a harmonious blend of organic and modern design.
This example was acquired directly from the designer and served as a showroom floor sample, never installed in a residential setting. The chandelier retains its original manufacturer labels and bears a manufacturing date of 2020. Signs of showroom handling include minor wear, nicks, and surface scratches consistent with display use.
A rare opportunity to acquire an authentic Marian Jamieson fixture, celebrated for its handcrafted quality, bespoke finishes, and distinctive California design aesthetic.
