Description
A striking pair of "Mateo" wall sconces designed and manufactured in the United States by Marian Jamieson. These sculptural sconces showcase the designer's refined approach to contemporary lighting, combining gracefully curved metal backplates in an oil-rubbed bronze finish with hand-finished smoked gray and frosted glass shades.
The elegant silhouette creates a sophisticated interplay of light, transparency, and shadow, making these sconces equally suited for luxury residential interiors, boutique hospitality projects, and high-end commercial spaces. The warm bronze finish pairs beautifully with modern, transitional, organic modern, contemporary, and Art Deco-inspired interiors.
The smoked and frosted glass diffuses light softly while maintaining a strong architectural presence, making the Mateo model an ideal choice for flanking mirrors, artwork, fireplaces, hallways, bedroom walls, powder rooms, or sophisticated entryways.
Acquired directly from the designer, these sconces represent the exceptional craftsmanship and studio-made quality for which Marian Jamieson lighting has become highly regarded among interior designers, architects, and collectors of contemporary American design.
