A Set of 3 French Mid-Century Modern Craftsman bar stools with hand-carved hardwood bases and seats composed of interlaced leather straps in the style of Jean Michel Frank circa 1940. These rare and timeless pieces draw from modern and craftsman traditions in creating their distinctive aesthetic. Designers such as Jean Michel Frank were able to cross boundaries between modernism and craft creating singular, forward looking pieces that defied style and time.
