Description
Pair of Italian chairs produced in the 1950s, built in an exotic hardwood. The wooden frames have undergone a complete renovation process: deep sanding followed by a shellac refinish that evens the surface while highlighting the grain. Original upholstery is present and may serve as a reference for selecting fabric suited to the chairs’ final context. Padding remains resilient. The design follows post‑war Italian modern principles, with clear lines, balanced proportions and precise joinery that reflect a high cabinet‑making standard of the period.
We have two sets of chairs available. -
