Description
This table lamp was designed by Ingrid Hsalmarson in the 70s for New Lamp. It is entirely in white lacquered aluminum, made up of a simple straight base and a peculiar diffuser made of aluminum in the shape of a Spiral (here the name "Spirale" in Italian). This play on the shape gives an interesting lighting when turned on. The lamp could be perfect for a corner in the living room, studio, or bedroom.
Good condition, fully working, and fully original.
Published in: Paola Palma, Carlo Vannicola, "Italian Light, 1960-1980. Cento lampade della collezione Cortopassi", Alinea, Firenze, 2004, p. 87.
The light can be rewired for US standards upon request. -
