Description
Large pair of transomed Louis XV doors: Régence period exterior doors, hand carved in oak with original transom. Dated to the first half of the 18th century. These doors and transom originally belonged to a home in Paris. They include original, or extremely early, hardware. Hand carved scroll and rocaille motifs adorn both doors and transom. Doors, transom and architectural surround sold together for $10,000. Height can be raised for an additional cost.
