Description
This American Federal gilt-wood mirror dates
Circa 1790, it’s lower rectangular antique mirror plate below
A black, white & gold verre eglomise panel. The lower plates flanked by columns having rounded bases and floral capitals. The Top molding incised lines.
The entire frame is gilded and 23 1/2 karat yellow gold. -

Origin: United States Period: 18th Century Materials: Giltwood, Mirror, Cold-Painted, Gilt, Verre Églomisé Condition: Good. Wear consistent with age and use. Frame was tightened , touched up & waxed. Styles / Movements: Traditional Incollect Reference #: 560082 -
