A finely detailed Swedish mirror in the Gustavian style, circa 1920. The rectangular frame is crowned with an elegant frieze featuring a carved garland and leaf motif, painted in delicate tones of pale pink and withered green. The base color is a soft light sand, its surface showing a gentle patina that speaks to the piece’s age and authenticity. The refined decoration reflects the neoclassical influence of Gustavian design, balancing ornamentation with restraint. Retaining its original mirror glass, this piece captures the understated sophistication of early 20th-century Swedish craftsmanship.
