A tall French ebonized & ormolu buffet in the Louis XVI Style. This buffet has its original worn white marble top with rounded front corners that mimic the design of the base. The cabinet has a worn ebonized mahogany finish with impressive gilt bronze mounts and banding found throughout the piece. Paneled door fronts open with a working lock and key to an interior with two adjustable shelves, 11 ½”deep. Cleaned and polished with a French paste wax this chest is ready for your immediate use.
