Fine American Empire armoire of dignified proportions with rich flame grained panels and veneers, probably New York c.1830, with fitted interior of drawers and shelves. Measurements are overall and include the overhanging cornice.

Fine original condition, recently french polished so the surface glows, mellow patina, showing some marks of its age, one lock in process of being repaired, one hole in back for access to power.
