Description
A French framed oil on canvas painting from the late 20th century, titled "Barnyard Scene". Created in France during the later years of the 20th century, this oil on canvas painting attracts our attention with its striking depiction of a barnyard scene. Our eye is immediately drawn to the rooster standing on the right side of the composition. Looking at us from the corner of his vision, the rooster is inviting us in. Marked by a diagonal leading us from right to left, the scene is bathed in a strong light creating dramatic contrast with the background. Signed JP Jassonneville lower right, the painting is set inside a black and silver frame. With its humble scene and skillful execution, this late 20th century oil on canvas painting will enliven any wall beautifully!
