Description
This striking pair of table lamps was produced by the manufacturer Markslöjd in Sweden in the 1960s. The lamps are marked with the manufacturer's sticker 'Markslöjd Kinna' just below the bulb fittings.
The organic, oval shaped bases are made of solid pine wood with a beautiful wood grain. The tall, cone shaped shade gives the design a striking appearance. The custom shades have been renewed in a linen textured, ivory white fabric.
The wooden bases in very good original condition. The lamps have been rewired and are currently with a European 220V plug, regular E26/27 bulb fixtures, maximum recommended wattage is 60W or the equivalent in LED.
