Description
Absolutely beautiful 18th century nutwood baroque cabinet coming from a private castle in Austria. An artfully designed baroque cabinet which has been elaborately crafted in the period around 1780. The fantastic looking inlay works with nut, oak and plum wood can be found all over this over 240 year old cabinet and are absolutely matchless. The solid front doors can be wide opened and still keep the original, fully functional massive hand forged lock - just see the incredible ornamentation! Even the locking mechanism for the left wing of the double door shows a fine chased surface. This exclusive 18th century baroque cabinet provides much storage space and can be divided into four compartments. A traditional hand polished shellac finish, two solid brass knobs as well as delicate brass applications finalize the amazing look and make this rare baroque cabinet not only an eye-catching piece of baroque furniture furthermore it is a also smart investment. A real gorgeous eye-catching late 18th century baroque cabinet coming in perfect restored condition. By the way, this cabinet can be fully disassembled to save shipping costs.
