Description
This early footed Tiffany Favrile Glass Vase is formed by translucent red glass with soft surface iridescence.
Across the shoulder the vase is decorated with a striated pulled swag motif with hooked elements articulated in reflective gold iridescent glass which shifts through rainbow hues. This decoration is echoed by a pulled striated feather motif which rises from the foot.
This rare early example of Tiffany Favrile Glass is inscribed on the underside with signature and date code.
