Description
This rare, tall table lamp was designed by Carl-Harry Stålhane and produced by Rörstrand in the 1950s. The lamp is signed with the Rörstrand logo, “Sweden,” “CP32,” and the designer’s signature on the underside of the base.
The tall base, with its bulbous lower half, is crafted in beautifully glazed ceramic with a slightly glossy finish. The hare’s fur glaze features lovely hues of light and dark blue and green, showcasing a refined gradient and drip effect. The tall, tapered lampshade has been renewed in a smooth ivory-colored fabric.
The lamp is in very good condition and currently wired for 220V European electricity, with a standard E26/E27 bulb fitting.
