Description
Pair of pastoral landscapes, each a gouache on paper depicting figures in an expansive landscape with large trees, a monastery and mountains in the background.

Frame 18.5" x 25.5"
CONDITION
Abrasions to each. Water stains to the image with horse and rider, especially in the borders. A vertical streak runs to the right of the bell tower and there is a small pinprick in the mountain just above. They were recently fitted to 19th century frames using archival black mats and museum glass. -
